Section 21 in The Haryana Private Universities, 2006
21. Authorities.
- The following shall be the authorities of the university, namely: -(1)the Governing Body;(2)the Board of Management;(3)the Academic Council; and(4)such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the university.
