Section 44(2) in Faridabad Complex Administration Building Rules, 1989
(2)No masonry wall other than party wall shall be built in clay mortar to a greater height than one store and such wall shall be plastered or pointed so as to render it impermeable and damp proof. The minimum thickness of such a wall shall in no case be less than 20 centimetres.
