Section 30 in The Maharashtra State Board Of Nursing And Paramedical Education Act, 2013
30. Continuation of affiliation.-
The affiliated institution may apply for continuation of affiliation for the courses of study for which affiliation was granted ordinarily six months prior to the date of expiry of such affiliation. The Board shall follow the procedure specified in sections 27, 28 and 29, as far as applicable for grant of affiliation.
