37. Manner of appeals.
- An appeal under Chapter-III of the Act shall be preferred in duplicate, in the form of a memorandum, setting forth concisely the grounds of objection to the order against which the appeal is preferred, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of that order and a fee prescribed under Rule 26.(2)Any person preferring an appeal shall be entitled to obtain a copy of any document filed with the licensing authority and connected with the order against which he is preferring the appeal, on payment of a fee prescribed under Rule 26.(3)The Appellate Authority may give any person interest in the appeal, a copy of any document connected with the appeal, on payment of a fee prescribed under Rule 26.
