(2)When the [State Government] [Substituted by Section 4 of Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part 4-A Extraordinary dated 13.8.1957).] undertakes under clause (a) of sub-Section (1), the management of any forest, waste land or produce, it may, by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by Section 4 of Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part 4-A Extraordinary dated 13.8.1957).] declare that any of the provisions contained in Chapter; II and IV shall apply to such forest, waste land or produce and thereupon such provisions shall apply accordingly.
