Section 12(b) in Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923
(b)Proviso. - No appeal preferred after the expiry of the said period shall be admitted, provided that the appellate authority may admit an appeal after the expiry of the said period on his being satisfied that the appellant had good and sufficient cause for not preferring he appeal within such period.
