By the impugned judgment and order(s), the High Court has condoned the delay in preferring the appeal(s) and that too considering the extra-ordinary circumstances prevailing at the relevant time, i.e., COVID–19 Pandemic. We see no reason to interfere with the same in exercise of powers under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The Special Leave Petitions stand dismissed.
