                                            ORDER

The Commission has received a petition dated 1.6.2012 from Universal Human Rights Association, Bihar against M/s Ajay Travel Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi for deemed refusal to his RTI request dated 4.11.2011.

2. On perusal of the petition submitted by the Complainant, it is observed that the Complainant herein is a Firm, and not a 'citizen' and hence not qualified under Section 3 of the RTI Act, 2005 to initiate RTI proceedings. it is also observed that the respondent viz. "M/s Ajay Travel Pvt. Ltd." do not qualify to be a 'public authority' under Section 2 (h) of the RTI Act, 2005.

3. Therefore, the instant appeal/complaint is not maintainable.

4. The matter is closed at Commission's end.
