Section 2(a) in Rajasthan Sanskrit University Act, 1998
(a)"teacher" means a professor, Associate Professor, Assistant professor, Reader or Lecturer or any other person appointed or recognised by the University or as the case may be, by an affiliated college, for imparting instructions to students or guiding research work or giving training and includes a person declared by the statutes to be a teacher:
