ORDER:-
The grievance of the petitioner is that her complaint dated 01.11.2020 against respondents 4 and 5 hospitals, regarding the death of her brother on account of incorrect treatment said to have been given by respondents 4 and 5 has not been gone into by the respondents 2 and 3.
2. The Government Pleader for Medical & Health has now produced the communication vide Rc.No.08/CHC- KOVUR/2020, dated 19.12.2020 given by the Deputy Civil Surgeon, Community Health Centre, Kovvur, SPSR Nellore District to the District Coordinator, Hospital Services, SPSR Nellore District. In this communication, it is stated that the referral of the patient from KIMS Hospital, Nellore to Simhapuri Hospital was not done in accordance with the established procedure. Thereupon, the District Medical and Health Officer, SPSR Nellore District had issued a show cause notice dated 28.09.2021 to the 3rd respondent-hospital to show cause as to why disciplinary action should not be initiated against the 3rd respondent-hospital. After enquiry, a penalty order was passed against the 3rd respondent-hospital by imposing a fine of Rs.5,00,000/- by way of an order dated 29.09.2021. This penalty was paid by the 3rd respondent-hospital under a cover of letter dated 30.09.2021.
3. In view of the above proceedings, the grievance of the petitioner has been answered.

4. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Writ petition, shall stand closed.
