Section 14(1) in The Paschim Banga Ayurvedic System Of Medicine Act, 1961
(1)The Members of the Parishad shall, at the first meeting after every periodical reconstitution, elect from amongst themselves, a registered Ayurvedic practitioner as Vice-President in such manner as may be prescribed.
