841. Entry of "Warning" or a "Reprimand" in character roll.
- Entry in the character roll a "Warning" or a "reprimand" without going through the procedure for recording a "censure" is to act unfairly towards the officer because the effect of such a "Warning" entered in the character-roll is hardly different from the effect of "censure". No entry of a "Warning" should be made in the character-roll of a Government servant and that a warning may only be communicated orally or in writing as deemed necessary.(G. O.
