Section 23 in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980
23. Meeting of the Managing Committee.
(1)Ordinarily the meeting of the Managing Committee shall be held once in 2 months.(2)In the event of an emergency the Chairman of Managing Committee may convene the meeting oftener.(3)The Chief Executive Member may direct the holding of a meeting of the Managing Committee at any time he deems it.
