Section 1 in The Service Tax Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Rules, 2013
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Service Tax Voluntary Compliance Encouragement Rules, 2013.(2)They shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette of India.
