Section 52(1) in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
(1)If, in the opinion of the State Government, the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] is not competent to exercise or perform or neglects or fails to exercise or perform any power conferred or duty imposed upon it by or under any of the provisions of this Act, the State Government or any persons appointed in this behalf by the State Government may exercise such power or perform such duty.
