1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers:

"...(i) Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to conduct a fair, transparent and impartial investigation in FIR No. 10 0345/2025 under Section 151(2)/329(4) /333/ 351(2)/ (5) BNS, 2023;

(ii) Direct the Respondents No. 1 to 3 that no coercive action be taken against the petitioner without due process.;

(iii) Declare the police breaking of lock and illegal entry as unconstitutional;

(iv) Direct police not to interfere in any civil property dispute..."

2. The learned counsel appearing through video-conferencing for the petitioner states that he does not press prayer Nos. (ii), (iii) and (iv). He states that it would suffice in case it is directed that the investigating agency conduct fair investigation in the present case.
