Section 9 in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 2000
9. Delineation of Project area.
- The Government may, in such manner as may be prescribed, delineate every command area or part thereof, of a Major Irrigation System, and declare it to be a Project area for the purposes of this Act.
