Section 244(1) in Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 2018
(1)There shall be constituted a Finance Commission once in every five years by the Governor on the recommendation made by the Government. The Finance Commission constituted prior to the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been constituted under this Act and shall be governed by the provisions of this Act.
