(4)Any person who contravances any of the provisions of Rule 554, 558(1), 551(2) and 558(3) shall, on conviction before a Magistrate, be liable to a fine not exceeding Rs. 25 (twenty-five) and for a continuing breach of a rule to a daily fine Rs. 5 (five).Compost Manure
