Section 16(1) in Rajasthan Opium Smoking Prohibition Act, 1950
(1)[State Government] [Substituted vide item No. (1) of the Schedule of the Rajasthan Act No. 2 of 1957, Published in the Rajasthan Gazette, Part VI-A, Extraordinary, dated 5-1-1957.] may, by notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted vide item No. (1) of the Schedule of the Rajasthan Act No. 2 of 1957, Published in the Rajasthan Gazette, Part VI-A, Extraordinary, dated 5-1-1957.], fix and alter the place or places at which any Civil Court under this Ordinance is to be held.
