Section 55(1)(ii) in Himachal Pradesh Minor Minerals (Concession) and Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2015

(ii)in case the quarry area is more than 25 hectares and less than 50 hectares, a person having diploma in mining with 10 years experience in mining operation or person possessing foreman certificate of competency issued by the Director General of Mines Safely or a Geologist having post graduate degree in Geology with 10 years experience in supervising capacity; and
