Section 3(1) in The Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University Act, 2008
(1)With effect from such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be established a University by the name of "the Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University", comprising the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, the Board of Governors and the Academic Council of the University and all such persons as may hereafter be appointed at such office or as members, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership.
