Section 98B in The Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963
98B. Levy of cess on water rate.
- The State Government may levy a cess not exceeding twenty paise on every rupee of water rate leviable under the provisions of the Bombay Irrigation Act, 1879 (Bombay VII of 1879).
