4. Tenure Of Chairman & Members.
- (i) The Tenure of Chairman & Members shall be of four years or till superannuation, whichever be earlier.(ii)The Chairman or the Members can be removed from post on grounds of proven misconduct by the State Government provided that before removal, the Chairman/Members shall be given an opportunity of being heard.
