31. [ Construction of references to laws not in force in Jammu and Kashmir. [Inserted by the Public Debt (Amendment) Act, 1972 (44 of 1972), Section 5 (w.e.f. 1-9-1972)]
- Any reference in this Act to a law which is not in force in the State of Jammu and Kashmir shall, wherever necessary, be construed as including a reference to the corresponding law, if any, in force in that State.]
