Section 13(4)(b) in University of Rajasthan Act, 1946

(b)When action taken by the ViCe-Chancellor under clause (a) affects any person in the service of the University, such person shall be entitled to prefer an appeal to the Syndicate within fifteen days from the date on which such actions is communicate to him.
