Section 3(1) in Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Regulation of Sinking of Wells and Safety Measures) Rules, 2015
(1)Every application for grant of permit shall be made to the Executive Authority in Form A and shall be accompanied by a fee of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand only), by means of a Demand Draft.
