WHEREAS the petitioner has presented under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of

- Courts Act, 1971, the above case through his Advocate Sri A.G. Satyanarayana Rao,

praying the High Court to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents herein and

punish them suitably for violating the order dt. 28-09-2016 passed by this Court in
W.P.No. 30115 of 2013.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for hearing, and whereas the High Court, upon
perusing the affidavit filed therein and the earlier orders of High Court dt. 12.10.2018 and
02.09.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri A.G. Satyanarayana Rao, Advocate, for
Petitioner and of the Standing Counsel for APSRTC, for the respondents, made the
following:
