Section 11 in Jammu and Kashmir School Education Act, 2002
11. No private school to be established or run without permission
(1) No private school shall be established, run or maintained without permission, in writing, of the Government or the Competent Authority.(2)The Government shall prescribe the procedure to be followed for the grant of permission to establish, run or maintain private schools.
