72. Diary and state of business.
- He should examine the diary kept by each officer in the form prescribed by the High Court in their Circular Order No. 8 and General letter No. 6 of the 10th September, 1892; inquire minutely into the state of business before the Collector: provide for the disposal of arrears and prevent the neglect of any particular branch of duty, or of any of the rules for the conduct of business, such as the rules for taking evidence, etc.
