Section 38(1) in The Anna University of Technology, Madurai Act, 2010
(1)No person shall be admitted to a course of study in the University for admission to the examinations for degrees, titles or diplomas of the University unless he-(a)has passed the examination prescribed therefor; and(b)fulfills such other academic conditions as may be prescribed by the University.
