- All members of the staff required to wear uniform shall pay strict attention to cleanliness of person and proper dress and shall, at all times while on duty, wear the prescribed uniform. When off duty on the Jail premises or in any public place, they must either appear altogether in private clothes or in complete uniform, no combination of the two shall be allowed.
