24. Election to constitute Municipal Council/Town Council.
(1)An election to constitute Municipal Council or Town Council shall be complete -(a)Before the expiry of its duration specified under section 10 or(b)Before the expiry of a period of six months from the date of its dissolution.(2)The first election to a Municipal Council or Town Council, shall be held within a period of six months from the date of its constitution.
