19. Handing Over of Sentenced Persons
The handing over of the transferred person by the Transferring State to the Receiving State shall occur at a place to be agreed upon between the Transferring and Receiving States. The Receiving State shall be responsible for the transport of the prisoner from the Transferring State and shall also be responsible for custody of the sentenced person outside its territory.Article 20
