(2)The prescribed authority shall decide the application in manner prescribed in sub-rule (3) of Rule 9 within fifteen working days excluding the date of submission of application. Where conversion order is not issued by the prescribed authority upto the rank of the Sub Divisional Officer within the prescribed period mentioned above and application is completed in all respect then the Collector shall pass necessary orders regarding conversion within ten working days and in case where the prescribed authority is Collector then the Divisional Commissioner shall pass necessary order regarding conversion within ten working days.
