Section 1 in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
1. Short title extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Punjab.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
