Section 3(2) in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
(2)The Council shall be a body corporate by the name of the Chhattisgarh Paramedical Council, and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal with the power to acquire and hold property both moveable and immoveable and subject to the provisions made under this Act, to transfer any property held by it and to contract and do all other things necessary for the purposes of its constitution and may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
