Section 284(1) in Goa Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(1)A nominee who is entitled to death benefit under this rule shall submit to the Secretary or any other officer authorized by him an application in Form No. XXXVII. A certificate regarding the death/ /accident death issued by a Government doctor not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon shall be produced alongwith the application and other documents specified by the Board.
