(7)The Management Council shall meet at least four times a year. The duration between two consecutive meetings shall not exceed three months. The Vice-Chancellor may in case of urgency convene special meetings. The dates for the meeting of the Management Council shall be fixed by the Vice-Chancellor and one of such meetings shall be called the annual meeting.
