Section 5(3) in The Bihar Forest Produce (Regulation of Trade) Act, 1984
(3)Any person desiring to sell the specified forest produce may sell them to the aforesaid Government Officer or Agent at any depot situated within the said unit:Provided that the Government, the Government Officer, or Agent shall not be bound to re-purchase the specified produce once sold.
