25. Penalty for contravention of section 14.
- Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 14 shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than three years but which may extend to five years and with a fine of not less than ten thousand rupees but which may extend to rupees twenty thousand.
