Section 8(1) in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Recognition and Issuance of Renewable Energy Certificate for Renewable Energy Generation) Regulations, 2010
(1)Unless otherwise specifically permitted by the Commission by order, the Certificates shall be dealt only through the Power Exchange and not in any manner.
