119. Power to require untenanted building becoming a nuisance to be secured or enclosed.
- The committee may, by notice, require the owner or part owner, or person claiming to be the owner or part owner of any building or land which by reason of abandonment or disputed ownership or other cause has remained untenanted and become a resort of idle and disorderly persons or otherwise a nuisance to secure or enclose the same within a reasonable time fixed in this notice.
