Section 22(1) in The Jodhpur National University, Jodhpur Act, 2009
(1)The Board of Management of the University shall consist of the following, namely:-(a)The Chancellor;(b)The Vice-chancellor;(c)Five persons nominated by the sponsoring Body out of whom two shall be eminent educationists;(d)One expert of management of information technology from outside the University, nominated by the Chancellor;(e)One expert of finance, nominated by the Chancellor;(f)Commissioner, College Education or his nominee not below the rank of deputy Secretary; and(g)Two teachers, nominated by the Vice-chancellor.
