Section 175(c) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(c)every chute;(i)is constructed of sound material, strength and is suitable for the purpose it is intended for use;(ii)exceeding twelve metres in neight is constructed in accordance with the design and drawings of a professional engineer for such construction and approval of the Chief Inspector.
