Petitioner appears in person. He seeks review of answer
scripts of Theory Paper of ENT of M.B.B.S. 3rd professional
Part-I, examinations, 2018 taken by him.
Mr. Partha Sarathi Chattopadhyay appears and
submits, though there is no provision for review but the
University will appoint an examiner to review the answer
scripts upon payment of fees therefor put in by petitioner.
Petitioner submits, on intimation he shall do so.
The University will inform petitioner the quantum of fees
to be deposited by 30th April, 2018. The fees are to be put in
by 4th May, 2018. Upon review of the answer scripts the

result should be made known to petitioner by 15th May,
2018.
Since no affidavits were called for, respondents cannot
be deemed to have admitted the allegations made.
Writ petition is disposed of.
