Section 8(1) in Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board Rules, 1960
(1)For purposes of travelling and other allowances of the members, the Board shall be deemed to be a First Class Committee constituted by the Government and the members shall be paid the allowances out of the funds of the Board.
