Section 3(b) in The Employees' Provident Funds And Miscellaneous Provisions (Amendment) Act, 1996
(b)after clause (k), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely:-(kA) " Pension Fund" means the Employees' Pension Fund established under sub- section (2) of section 6A;(KB)" Pension Scheme" means the Employees' Pension Scheme framed under sub- section (1) of section 6A;';
