Section 1 in The Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya Act, 2001
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called [the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling] [Words substituted for the words 'the Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya' by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.] Act, 2001.(2)It extends to the whole of West Bengal [and may extend to the other parts of the country wherever necessary] [Words inserted by W.B. Act 13 of 2006.].(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
