The application for Certificate of Registration from the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical. University, Chennai shall be in writing and in Form I annexed with these statutes addressed to the Registrar of the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University, Chennai, and shall be submitted to the Registrar between the 1st July and 31st October of the academic year preceding to is sought for.
